At MÄNN Skincare, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our products are crafted with care, and we strive to ensure you love your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.

 


 

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product is in the same condition as received.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns for products that are opened, used, or not in their original condition will not be accepted due to hygiene and safety concerns.

 


 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products.

  • Sale items or promotional purchases.

  • Gift cards or other non-tangible items.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong product.

Email shop@mannskincare.com with a clear description of the issue and include photos for verification. We will promptly address your concerns and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 


 

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at shop@mannskincare.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable.

Important: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

 


 

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.

  • If we provide a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

 


 

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item as per the process above.

  2. Place a separate order for the new item.

 


 

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without reason. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Products with broken hygiene seals or tamper-evident seals are not eligible for return once the seal is broken.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

This right does not apply to non-returnable items listed above.

 


 

9. Compliance with Local Laws

This refund policy is aligned with the applicable consumer protection laws in the United Arab Emirates, GCC countries, United Kingdom, and European Union.
